Lead - Journey Conversation - BFS (10-16 yrs)
Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverables
- Manage the team of Squad Leads and BA to create engaging and swift flows
- Understand the existing journey map, Conversation AI into User Experience
- Apply business rules and compliance for BoT dev as per channel
- Manages and Develops conversation journey flows through Squad / BAs
- Performs bot testing from a functional and usability perspective
- Provides input to test cases and test scripts
- Resolve defects / Bugs
- Business Analysis, Design Thinking, Process Mapping, Banking Process, Digital Journey mapping
- Bot Journeys, Bot Builds, Automation / Digitisation
- Architect & Deliver Robust System
- Project Management
Secondary Responsibilities - List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role
- Closely work with Testing Lead on UAT test cases for accuracy improvements
