Lead - IT Operation & Data Quality - BFS

- Managing Data Operations for all the repositories and be responsible for timely ingestion of data as defined in the SLA / regulatory framework.

- Compliance to regulatory standards for data ingestion at a minimum threshold and improvements therein based on internal metrics

- Create sustainable and scalable processes and continuously driving process improvement initiatives to be able to meet with the evolving market expectations

- Manage the Regulatory and audit compliances and manage the relationships in this context

- Work closely with technology team to optimize the solutions on an ongoing basis and build efficiencies

- Should develop and maintain good relationships with credit institutions as well internal stakeholders

- Be a solution seeker and share ideas with the management on achieving key business goals

- Should be able to anticipate challenges, escalate the issues for review and provide proactive solutions

- Mentor, retain and develop a highly motivated data operations team

- Create a strong framework of process control ensuring that all process are followed and complied with.
