Lead - IT Governance for a Financial Services Company

Responsibilities:

- Accountable for IT Governance within the organization

- Responsible for execution, planning, documentation & administration of IT Governance

- Domains covered : IT Infra, IT operations, Network, Information Security, SDLC, Digital solutions

- Review the current documentation for its comprehensiveness and effectiveness

- Align the IT Governance program to a global standard / Framework

- Ensure business IT adherence to central IT policies

Requirement:

- Minimum of 15+ years of IT experience

- Minimum of 10+ years driving IT Governance

- Minimum of 5+ years of Leadership reporting

- In a leadership role driving this responsibility for a minimum 3 years

- Should have implemented IT Governance framework and related documentation for atleast 2 organisations

- Having deep understanding of operational challenges (along with resolution) related with IT Governance

- Experience in driving audits on Business IT units to validate group alignment

- Should have chaired Business IT Steering and strategy committees

- Hands on experience in using standards for IT Governance, e.g., COBIT, COSO

- Should have experience in interactions for statutory, regulatory and other compliance
