Investor Relations Lead

- Managing the stakeholders from both buy side and sell side, addressing the queries, events and disclosures etc

- Create an engagement strategy for the investors and take ownership

- Identifying the right set of investors

- Closely work with the leadership team to understand the company's strategy, key drivers of business performance and financial results

- Prepare and update the key FAQ's on a regular basis so that the communication to external stakeholders are updated and uniform

- Ensure that the disclosures are made on a timely manner in line with the regulatory requirements / internal disclosure policy

- Analyze the possible sources of passive funds / indices and what are the required criteria to be met to be included

- Preparation of monthly MIS covering various aspects of the Investor Relations

- Track external events / strategic moves by peer companies and update company's management on a regular basis

Candidate Profile:

- CA/MBA/CWA with 8-15 Years of experience in the IR Functions

- Has exposure in both buy and sell side

- Open to Hyderabad as a location

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Candidates with pharma Research Houses, International Fund Houses and National fund houses or pharma companies will be preferred.
