Lead - Investor Relations - Fund Raising

Qualifications:

You should have the following qualifications:

1. Prior experience supporting a founder in all aspects of Series A/B fundraising.

2. Excellent presentation and communication.

3. CA and/or CFA qualification is a bonus.

4. A graduate or postgraduate in a relevant field from a top-tier institute.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead - Investor Relations, you will be accountable for the following

Responsibilities:

- Craft persuasive and visually-engaging pitch decks and develop the fundraising narrative

- Create and execute the investor outreach strategy, leveraging existing investors/advisors, Pazago's founder, and your own networks for warm introductions

- Research and coordinate with prospective investors to set up meetings

- Research and evaluate investment bankers to advise Pazago's fundraise

- Prepare the data room with other Pazago departments and otherwise support investor due diligence

Working hours are 9:30 am-6:30 pm Mon.-Sat. with 2nd and 4th sat off.
