Investor Relations Lead (Edtech startup) - We are currently retained by a leading education player in the country to hire a Investor Relations Lead to be a part of the CXO office to lead all strategy related to investor relations. Please note this is a key role in the CEO's office and has a very specific ask so please read carefully before hitting the apply button. - Would you want to work with the CEO's office on building Investment strategy and manage investor relationships? The role would be to directly work with business leaders on building a robust investor framework, preparing investor decks and working on various corporate strategy initiatives. Your day to day role would involve identifying key investors and sending them the relevant information to see if they would be keen on investing. Part of the role would also be to manage existing investor relations. - Please note this is with an education startup that is growing in an exponential manner so please apply only if you want to work with a startup and are passionate about the education space. - And more importantly you must have Investment Banking experience to qualify along with MBA from a top B school. Responsibilities: 1. Manage investor relations &amp; work on investor related queries &amp; presentations. 2. Analyse factors that could impact business, study financial trends and competitor behaviour. 3. Evaluate proposals and maintain clear communication between various parties. 4. Create a robust investor relations strategy and develop investor confidence in company's beliefs. 5. Manage quarterly earnings, conference class and ensure compliance on regulatory matters. 6. Provide all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey. To fit the bill : - You must be an MBA from a Top Tier B school with 3-5 years of Investment Banking exposure, preferably in M&amp;A and Consumer retail space. - Recent experience with high paced startup in a similar role preferable. - Significant experience in handling investor queries, pitch books, managing volume projects, internal and external stakeholders.
