Lead - Investor Relations - BFS

Job Description :

- Assist in the creation and presentation of a consistent, timely, and equitably investment message to the investment community. 

- Work to monitor and prepare for senior management opinions of the investment community with regards to the company performance, industry updates, etc. Work on the Investor Relations plan.

- Remain up to date with strategic and financial company-related information.

- Prepare presentations, assist in the writing of press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.

- Assist in the organization of conferences, roadshows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings

- Serve as an additional point of contact for investor relations community. Help in the management of Investor Relations part of the company website.

- Monitor analyst reports and summarizes. Prepare feedback for management regarding the investment community & perception in view of its financial results.

- Connect with various sources of information from the market to receive intelligence in advance

- Understand and analyze the flow of events and communicate the information and proposed plan to senior stakeholders.

- Work with internal senior stakeholders to take appropriate actions to enhance and protect the interests.
