International Sales Lead

Job Overview: As the International Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading sales by being the bridge between valuable data and informed decision-making. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative and effective marketing campaigns and sell the insights derived from market research to clients who can benefit from a deeper understanding of their target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:


Business Development and Sales Strategy Execution:

- Plan and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Identify and onboard new customers in aligned market/ geography

- Mapping market requirements and targeting right clients

- Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the market, map competitors and identify new opportunities

- Develop a keen understanding of clients' businesses and industries. Identify their pain points and challenges that market research insights can address

Client Management:

- Lead and manage client relationships

- Identify key decision makers and influencers in the client group

- Develop and delivery client presentations

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their feedback, and proactively suggest new insights that align with their evolving needs

Sales Process Management :

- Oversee sales process - Lead generation, Proposal submission, follow up, order fulfilment

- Identify potential clients who could benefit from market research insights. Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and create strategies for outreach. Build out a solid pipeline in the vertical x region that you will be allocated. Usage of known tools like Zoho CRM, Lusha and Linked In Sales Navigator is a must

Team Work and collaboration :

- Work with operations and marketing team for client deliverables

- Plan and supervise client campaigns along with marketing team and track effectiveness of lead generation initiatives

Stakeholder Management:

- Data analysis and Reporting: Keeping management updated on progress of key functional metrics

- Cross functional collaboration for marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales generation efforts with overall business goals

Qualifications:

- Data analysis and insight skills

- Time management and Problem solving skills

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

- Proficient in CRM suite software understanding

- Data Privacy and compliance knowledge

- Knowledge of Market research methodologies and passive data measurement technologies

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in , Business, or a related field, Business development experience in aligned geography
