The Lead, India Internal Communications plays a vital role in helping employees understand the values and priorities of Netcracker, as well as equipping them with the knowledge they need to do their jobs and stay connected within the organization. This global role will be pivotal for the company's operations in India and acts as a change manager by improving awareness of Netcracker's transformation into a Digital solutions company. - This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, on a number of simultaneous projects in a closely-knit team with limited resources. - As a member of the corporate Human Resources team, you will collaborate with a global set of peers and stakeholders and gain exposure to all major functions of the company. - You will get strong experience in delivering employee related projects and contributing into internal communications across the Company locations. A natural communicator, you understand the need to consider different perspectives and deliver the right local message. - In this role you get to Work with a diverse multinational teams who are based in varied geographies and time zones. - As a passionate advocate for the company, you will oversee FOUR KEY ELEMENTS of communications: 1. Internal Communications: Internal communication plays a greater role than ever before in aligning our associates in India behind the strategic business objectives of the company. - Develop and lead global internal communications strategies to support employee engagement, culture, and connection to the company's mission and business strategies. - Establish and oversee the internal narrative and message framework for Netcracker's vision and transformation from services to a solutions company - Identify and develop compelling content and innovative ways to keep employees informed and willing to share their stories - Plan, create and edit and content for a variety of internal communications mediums - Collaborate with global leaders to curate content for their business functions - Coach Netcracker India leadership on how to effectively communicate and engage with associates - Work with Internal IT teams to manage content on Netcracker's intranet pages and identify opportunities to improve utilization and footfall 2. Employer Branding: Employer branding forms the foundation for an effective recruiting strategy and can make a significant difference in winning the war on talent. - Collaborate effectively with various teams to develop consistent and engaging recruiting content; identify opportunities to improve positioning and communications best practices - Enhance the employer brand value proposition - Collaborate with the global HR communications manager to improve processes, align HR communications globally and identify opportunities to better promote HR brand and value to employees 3. Facility Branding: The office brings our brand values to life. Help create a strong brand that will engage our employees and strengthen the talent attraction, motivation, and retention by identifying opportunities to enhance corporate branding at Netcracker offices in India. Manage facility brand guidelines and collaborate with the Netcracker Facilities team to align facility and real estate strategy with corporate branding objectives. 4. Merchandise/Employee Gifting Branding: - Increase brand familiarity by identifying innovative, high-quality merchandise as give-aways to prospects and current associates - Manage the merchandise vendor relationships QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in journalism, PR or communications/related fields - 5+ years of experience in internal communications; experience in employer or facility branding is a plus - Hands-on experience on working with Social Media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram; experience with Glassdoor content is a plus. - Strong written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, able to cohesively present, write and edit - Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience in presenting to management - Working experience with C-Level executives is good to have - Should be open to travel within India and outside India. - Strong track record of project work, engagement, internal communications and change management - Proactive, able to work as a team-player and independently - Detail oriented, curious about employee engagement - Able to work to tight deadlines with limited resources - Ability to work in a virtual environment - Open to work in various time zones based on the business need
