Lead - Internal Communication - Automotive - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

We have this position with one of our clients and looking for candidates preferably from Manufacturing, FMCG & Pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Charter for wellbeing (emotional, physical and social) for the organization globally.

- Internal branding & communication

- Celebrating individuals and teams who reinforce it

- Lead the internal communications team

- Designing Communication Strategy(Content, Channels, Frequency)

- Crafting leadership messaging in close conjunction with the C-suite leadership team

- Managing & Creating internal communication channels

- Designing Toolkits and adapting content to audience

- Work on Feedback mechanism from employees

Essential:

- Minimum 13 years' experience in Communication with at least 2 years in team lead role.

- Exceptionally strong communication skills - written and interpersonal.

- Ability to communicate in a crisp manner

Educational & Experience:

- MBA/Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field (Tier 1 Preferable).
