JD:

Internal Branding and Communication:

- Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop internal communications in advance of major company initiatives and announcements.

- Ensuring internal communications function have a high impact in terms of keeping employees regularly informed.

- Stakeholder management, understanding their goals and developing strategic narratives.

- Represent the communications group in cross-functional teams across the company.

- Producing internal communication and enablement materials, including e-newsletters, intranet content, presentations, and email campaigns etc.

- Effectively partner with business leaders to develop strategic communication plans

- Collaboration and communication with all partners.

- Leverage email, portal, presentations, videos/webcasts, and other communication channels to deliver messages to employees.

- Candidates from Any industry are welcome. Candidates from Manufacturing / Automobile industry will be preferred.
