Lead - Internal Audit - Investment Bank

Our client a leading Global Investment Bank who is keen to hire a Senior Internal Audit professional for the finance team in Mumbai. Hence, actively looking to hire candidates with at least 9+ years of hands-on Internal Audit experience within an investment bank or associated consulting firms.

We're looking for someone who is eager to perform independent internal audits for business processes within various Divisions such as Finance, Operations, and Global Markets Middle Office & Product Control with limited or no guidance.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and conducting Financial Internal Audits.

- Assisting Internal Audit in risk assessments.

- Monitoring performance and developments on a continual basis.

- Provide inputs into formulation of the Audit plan.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Qualification in either CA or MBA.

- Identify risks and mitigating controls in the process.

- Well versed with general audit practices and standards.

- Have a reasonable understanding of capital markets processes.

- Have capabilities in documenting processes and drafting issues and remediation plans.

- Good to have - ACAMs, CIA, FRM or equivalent.
