Lead - Inside Sales - Real Estate

Role: Lead - Inside Sales

Location: Mumbai

The Role:

Lead - Inside Sales is responsible for managing the entire centralised outbound lead generation engine. Some of the key deliverables of this role are:

1. Developing the data strategy to drive business

2. Managing the business delivery of agents at multiple contact centres to meet organisational objectives

3. Ensuring objectives of contact centres are always aligned with those of Compan

4. Ensuring performance is delivered within assigned budgets, creating plans in line with these budgets and seeking support wherever required

5. Ensuring that agents are trained well and aligned towards adherence to brand guidelines

Some must-have qualifications and skills that Lead - Inside Sales requires to have are:

1. 4+ years of experience in an inside sales role. Having managed teams sized 10-12 is a plus.

2. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.

3. A strong understanding of numbers and data and the ability to leverage this to drive achievement of targets

4. Complete proficiency in the MS-Office Suite
