Connections is an Ex-Search firm catering to Pan India requirements.. At present we have an opening for Innovation Lead with a leading Big 4 Consulting Firm..

- As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Company's Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Brainstorms with the creative team to discover new solutions and approaches to old problems.

- Evaluates the progress of innovation and adjusts the pace or direction of new projects in accordance.

- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

- Monitors research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and supplement research findings in the company's industry.

- Project Management for the tax innovation programs including implementation. Having end -to -end ownership in the project from ideation to implementation.

- Drive incubation and growth of new tax services, offering and business innovation.

- Promote and encourage others to provide idea's/concepts relating to US Corporate tax when working in diverse teams.

- Providing support to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) function relating to various Tax Processes.

- Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.

- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

People Responsibilities

- Drive process improvement standardization across Tax service line with an aim of reducing FTE hours.

- Encourages creative thinking in employees and finds ways to nurture innovative thinking across all areas of the business unit.

- Ensure to understand business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.

- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.

- Responsible for developing innovative solutions for increased productivity/utilization.

- Develop high-performance atmosphere.

- Build and foster high quality relationship with engagement team and territory teams

- Handling change management and transition.

Soft skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with tax professionals of diverse backgrounds.

- Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success

Experience preferable in these areas:

- Experience in leading the Innovation & RPA teams of other Big4 in India would be of added advantage

- Strong working knowledge on Alteryx, Tableau and various RPA tools. (e.g., Blue prism, Ui Path etc.)

- Experience of leading large teams and a desire to actively develop team members.
