Lead - Information Technology - BFS

Unity SFB wishes to build a financial ecosystem platform, enabling access to a wide range of financial products (such as Personal Loans, SME Loans, Mutual Funds, Stocks, etc.) using services from both external partners and within Unity SFB. The platform will be based on micro services-based architecture on cloud, ensuring performance and scalability according to demand and would enable the STP of business processes. The platform would feature a large number of APIs, connecting a wide range of internal and external systems and many third-party vendors including FinTech's and other partners. Implementation would be done using majorly open-source architecture components.

We are building a team (the Digital Hub Team) that will, in collaboration with an external Knowledge Partner, handle the designing and implementation of the platform, including infrastructure designing and sizing, integrations with systems, testing, maintenance, operations, documentation, etc. using industry standard project management practices, and invite you to be a part of the Team.

1. Building and integrating information systems to meet the company's needs

2. Testing and integrating program software systems to address and solve specific business problems within an organization

3. Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it

4. Designing modifying and testing technical architecture

5. Provide supervision and guidance to the development teams

6. Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed

7. Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solution being implemented

8. Assess the business impact that certain choices have

9. Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, cost and budgets

10. Resolving technical problems as they arise

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 12 years' experience in software development. Experience in Digital Transformation, Resource Management, Client handling, business recruitment scoping, requirement analysis, design and development, code review and documentation.

2. Must have experience in various technologies and frameworks including Mobile applications, Web technologies well as backend technologies such as Objective C, Swift, Android, Java, Angular, Ionic, React Native, Spring boot, Micro services, Microsoft Power Platforms

3. Proven work experience as a Solution architect or similar role

4. Previous project management experience

5. In depth understanding of coding languages

6. Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases

7. Efficient communication skills

8. Strong organization and leadership skills

9. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or computer science
