Lead - India Ethnographic Research - KPO

- Conduct market analysis to understand technology landscape, including most common solutions, usage patterns / behavioral paradigms, and medtech market trends

- Design and conduct ethnographic research to identify unmet needs, test concepts and understand user preferences

- Identify Segments, Geographies, respondents of interest

- Create research plan including approach, deliverables, timelines and resources needed

- Create discussion guides customized to each respondent group of interest

- Manage / Conduct research through F2F interactions with the respondents of interest to complement efforts of team

- Monitor progress in research and Communicate status periodically to Global teams

- Synthesise research findings and present to Global teams

- Manage internal team and external vendors, freelance consultant

- Build relationships with practitioners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in therapy areas of focus

- Understand efficacy, pros and cons of currently available medtech solutions
