A. Incentive Plan Design and Administration:
1. Study and provide inputs on the existing incentive plans to make them more effective and robust
2. Execute the 90+ incentive plan designs for different level and roles across sales, collections, and other LOBs
3. Evaluate contests and provide inputs on various levers and their effectiveness
Drive and administer company's 90+ incentive plans in conjunction with business
Interface with relevant teams (Accounts, Payroll) and external vendors (as required) to drive timely and accurate incentive operations, ensure budget, actuals and provision nos. are synced up
B. Productivity Analysis
1. Prepare and publish monthly productivity dashboards to various stakeholders with insights and analysis
2. Provide insights and solutions on specific productivity related analysis, as required through the year
3. Support HR Business Partners and Line Managers across the organization on incentive and analytics

Educational Background - MBA preferred
