Job Profile:
- Analyze compensation and incentive compensation as per market
- Structure and design lucrative incentive plans which boosts employee productive
- Understand the compensation structure and come up with different incentive plans
- Manage end -to -end incentive plans for organization.
- End-to-end execution and administration of incentives plan
- Review incentive payment reports for accuracy and completeness
Candidate Profile:
- 5-12 years of experience
- Clear communication and a forward thinker
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Understands sales incentives and retail lending
- Experience in C&B, finance (payroll & incentive management), sales effectiveness
