Lead - Human Resources - Tech Construction Busniess

About the company:

A cutting edge technology-based construction service provider with offices in India and abroad is looking for an HR lead to establish the company's corporate culture, set HR processes and systems and work closely with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Imbibe Culture in the company - by finalizing with Board as per Business need and planning & executing various initiatives across departments, locations & tiers of experience

- Work on creating and implementing innovative talent management system including measures related to campus, freshers & lateral hiring

- Conduct Skill Mapping & Gap Assessment to identify training & up-skilling programs for all departments as per Business need

- Implement performance measurement system that is simple & efficient

- Ensure that measures outlined above and other own initiatives enhance Talent Retention and continually uplift the company's standing in - Great Place to Work- or Gallup or other related surveys

Qualifications/Requirements:

Practical experience of implementing strategic HR programs and processes in a small company environment especially during the growth phase. Experience in an innovative business, one that continues to reinvent their business proposition will be further valued.

- 6-8 years experience in a generalist HR role with at least 2 years experience in business partnering with a tech start-up being a plus

- Ability to consult with leadership and HR partners across multiple businesses and geographies

- A people's person who can coach employees, managers, and leaders through complex situations.

- Proven knowledge of HR industry practices related to India

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

- Entrepreneurial, creative out-of-the-box thinker, with a get-things-done attitude
