Key Responsibilities:

1) Business Transition Leadership:

- Utilize past experience in guiding a business through a transition from legacy to a professionally managed setup.

- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with the evolving needs of the business.

2) Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the primary liaison between the HR function and external as well as internal stakeholders.

- Effectively communicate HR policies, changes, and initiatives to maintain positive relationships.

3) Talent Brand Building:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's talent brand.

- Showcase the company as an employer of choice through various channels.

4) Top Talent Retention:

- Implement retention programs to safeguard and nurture top talent during the business transition.

- Work closely with leadership to identify and address key talent needs.

5) Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee relations environment.

- Address employee concerns and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.

6) Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to drive individual and organizational excellence.

- Develop strategies for employee recognition and rewards.

7) Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.

- Implement talent management strategies, including onboarding, career development, and succession planning.


- A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience with a track record of leadership.

- Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
