Key Accountabilities : Strategic - Provide advice and guidance to the Executive Board and managers on employment matters; influencing management and the leadership around the people agenda to maximize service performance. - Consult with line management and identify HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives. Management and Support - Partner with stakeholders and business partners in ensuring that best practices are being adopted, ensuring the delivery of projects as required as well as ensuring that key deliverables are met within the specified timelines. - Ensure key stakeholders are informed / consulted on relevant changes . Talent Acquisition - Design, develop, and execute recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies for talent attraction, selection, and successful recruitment of potential talent to drive the achievement of the business's overall objectives. Operations - Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with complex work, performance, attendance and employee relations issues. Analytics - Report on all people metrics as necessary, such as turnover, absenteeism, etc. Learning and Development - Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching need
