Openings - Lead HR – West

Experience - 8 + years of experience.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Candidates with strong experience in IR / ER related activities.

Handling Labour issues , statutory compliances.

Budget planning , Manpower planning

Handling the wages and Compensation and benefits.

Handling union issues. Strong knowledge of labour laws & liaison with Regulatory Bodies.

End to end employee life cycle management.

Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures .

Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.

Ensure compliance with HR and Labour policies and procedures.
