With the vision to expand further and strong footprints in the Asian market, they are looking to hire a HR Operations Manager to lead their Asia region.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head HR Operations, you will be a responsible for:

- Develop, support and guide the Asia HR Operations team in providing better service levels along with managing end to end employee life cycle transitions

- Establishing the shared services set up while managing processes in global geographies

- Lead the team in maintaining accurate HRMS data and work across multiple special projects

- Maintain effective working relations with all key stakeholders

- Be the point of contact to ensure compliances with Company policy, legal parameters and other HR regulatory compliances

- Design, develop and analyze all HR policies and manuals and identify any gaps in the existing policies

- Prepare and manage timely statistical reports and metrics including hiring statistics, turnover ratios, time to hire, FTE and headcount - relevant data as may be required by the business in order to achieve growth targets

- Conduct regular department audits and manage processes and policies

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you should have:

- An experience of 8-10 years in working for multinational organizations

- Strong experience of handling and setting up a shared services center is mandatory

- Should have excellent subject matter knowledge of HR Operations and project management across geographies

- A MBA postgraduate degree is mandatory

- A degree in employment law will be an added advantage
