Job Purpose:

HR Business Partner EKFL would be responsible for setting up sustainable people systems and practices aligned with the people practices and policies of EKL and industry practice to establish a performance driven and inclusive culture with "On Your Side' as the core theme.

In the initial phase, this role will focus on developing the right organisation structure as per industry benchmarks and sourcing and onboarding key roles by providing opportunity to internal talent and externally where we need to build the desired capability. The role incumbent is expected to actively partner with business stakeholders to gain relevant insights about the business and develop people strategy and initiatives accordingly.

This role would be responsible for onboarding & inducting new employees into the business, managing the manpower cost & budget, setting up the capability building process and developing people capability, performance management, employee engagement and retention and governance and compliance of HR policies & procedures in alignment with the business objectives.

Role & responsibilities:

- Organisation Design and resource alignment to build a sustainable organisation by ensuring the right organisation structure aligned with the business strategy and building a future ready talent pool

- Manpower planning & budgeting by conducting organisation design exercise, budgeting of headcount numbers & cost in alignment with business requirements

- Compensation & benefits planning framing the compensation & benefits policy in alignment with the business objectives

- Establishing HR policies and processes in line with the business requirement and Industry practice

- Talent acquisition and building the team by identifying the right candidate with the required skills & capability based on the job description, managing the entire hiring cycle and monitoring the key recruitment metrics

- Onboarding & Induction of employees by introducing the new employees to the function and facilitating the understanding of the organisational value, business scenarios, complexities and expectations.

- Establishing a performance driven and inclusive work culture by defining the key attributes and aligning the HR policies and processes with "On Your Side' as the core theme

- Capability Development based on inputs from business stakeholders, identifying the training needs for the functions, finalising the training budgets for the functions

- Performance management by establishing and administering the goal setting process, managing periodic feedback, normalization & timely completion of the appraisal cycle, collaborating with HOD's for evaluating factors affecting employee performance and their training /developmental needs/competency gaps and taking relevant corrective actions.

- Compliance Management by ensuring company's complicity with legal and business ethics by adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies and 100% adherence to HR compliance HR Business Partner EKFL would be responsible for setting up sustainable people systems and practices aligned with the people practices and policies of EKL and industry practice to establish a performance driven and inclusive culture with "On Your Side' as the core theme.
