Human Resources Lead

We are looking to hire a Head of HR for one of our clients in Noida

- Someone with a high level of ownership in talent and culture building, immense passion for building organisations in growth phase and leading the talent development agenda

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization strategic goals and objectives.

- Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business priorities and objectives.

- Conduct workforce planning to identify current and future talent needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

- Enhance employee relations by addressing their concerns and fostering a supportive environment.

- Develop and implement strategies for employer branding, talent sourcing, and candidate assessment.

- Conduct benchmarking studies and analysis to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages are competitive.

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.

- Identify training and development needs across the organization and develop plans to address them.

- Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
