Overview of the Role and Requirements:
Planning:
- Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-2-end recruitment process including sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, and offers
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Sourcing & Selection :
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job sites, social platforms and professional networks, partner consulting services, etc.)
- Plan employee referral programs and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Employer branding :
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing) and represent the organization on various platforms and events that promote employer branding
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
Process Management :
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Leverage the use of technology like Zoho
- At the end of one year, success would mean closing 100% hiring requirements within 1 month of request raised, taking a minimum of 3 large scale initiatives to improve employer branding and continuous process improvement.
- Manage employees that are working from home to keep them equally motivated and a part of the organisation
