The incumbent should have -
1) Experience in design and deployment of succession planning programs, Hipo development, assessment centres, development centres
2) Experience in change management, organisation restructuring, organisation development
3) Manage performance cycles, talent reviews and IDPs
4) Experience in creating hipo and hiper programs
5) Business partnering experience
6) Cross functional stint in sales/marketing. distribution etc.
Must have -
Business experience in addition to HR (Sales/Operations/Marketing etc)
