Role: HR Head
Location: Indore/ Mumbai
Reporting to: Management
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and development planning.
Organizational Development:
- Recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting, to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Foster clarity and connectivity for employees, aligning their responsibilities with the overall corporate strategy.
Strategy Implementation:
- Implement the organization's talent and human resources strategy through the development and execution of effective HR initiatives and programs.
Talent Acquisition:
- Supervise the hiring process for qualified candidates, especially for managerial, specialized, and expert positions.
- Collaborate with division managers to determine the qualifications and skills required for open positions.
HR Compliance:
- Review and update HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees in accordance with legal requirements.
Guidance and Assistance:
- Provide guidance and support to HR generalists, management, and other personnel on HR-related matters as needed.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Onboarding and Training:
- Ensure the onboarding process is comprehensive and current to facilitate the integration of new hires into the organization.
- Establish orientation and training programs to support recruitment efforts and prepare employees for their roles.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years in HR operations and recruitment
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Post Graduation Degree in Human Resources or related field from Top college
- Candidates from Fintech or start-up will get preference
