This role will be working closely with the Leadership of the organization in developing, leading and implementing HR Best Practices across the organization. Will be responsible for all activities in an Employee Life cycle - Recruitment, On boarding, Induction, Employee Happiness quotient, Performance Management, Training, Payroll, Reward & Recognition, Separation and other HR/ HR Compliance activities - Act as the brand ambassador of the HR Department and initiatives for all the other functions in the Organization - Liaise with Business and Operations team to ensure effectively drive implement of all HR Process and also capture specific requirements (if any) - Partners and coordinates closely with business leaders/stakeholders and employees to align HR strategy/ activities - Is the single point of contact for all the consultants/service providers engaged for the HR Function and deliverables - Deploy and handle various specific programs for the organization like recruitment, employee engagement etc. - Communicates and coordinates with business functions and Stakeholders to streamline the hiring activity - Communicates regularly with other business functions to capture training requirements and create a training calendar - Effectively deploy and manage the performance management system (PMS) in tandem with various functions and as per the organization's specifications - Communicates and coordinates with the Finance & Accounts team on payroll related activities - Efficiently designs and implements Employee Grievance Management system ensuring end to end closure - Efficiently handles external agencies managing Legal HR activities like PF, ESI, etc. - Maintains records of financial expenses and reports of the HR Department (for various activities recruitment, employee engagement initiatives etc.) - Rolls out Employee Satisfaction Surveys - follow-ups on feedback and sets up processes for streamlining - Effectively tracks and records time to for closure of all HR activities, and integrates those to create a monthly and year end report
