Hiring an HR professional to manage the HR function for one of the world's leading technology multinationals. The company offers telecom infrastructure solutions comprising hardware and software products as well as services, which are an integral part of the customers business ecosystem.

As the head of HR for multiple BUs comprising a total strength of over 10,000 people, you will be responsible for :

- Advising the country leadership team on all people issues from a strategic perspective

- Individually managing all leadership HR goals and initiatives

- Facilitating the implementation of a best-in-class HR ecosystem across the organisation through a team of 10+ senior HR professionals.

- Advising and strategizing on the people aspect of customer-facing business initiatives.

- Managing people transition issues related to customer acquisitions

- Championing the Companys culture and core values

Key aspects of the experience and personality profile include :

- Multi-faceted HR experience, preferably with technology companies

- Hands-on People and Strategy exposure

- Top management MNC experience in a matrix structure having global linkages, with the ability to strategize independently for local needs

- Ability to take a business view, with a go-to-market perspective.

- Comfort in a dynamic environment with some ambiguity

Your Profile :

- An MBA with 17+ years of experience, competitive Business HR professional with ability to handle both strategic and hands on leadership within HR.

- You should have demonstrated ability to interact with the business, understand complex business concepts and be a part of its success.

- You should have demonstrated success in planning and executing change in a complex environment, including leading projects to conclusion.

- The company has a strong HR culture with the function being viewed as an ally and enabler for business success. Accordingly, the ideal fit would be an apolitical professional who carries the team at all times and has the ability to lead from behind when required
