KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team in compliance issues.
- Drive HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Manage and monitor end to end employee lifecycle of the employees.
- Will be instrumental to drive L&OD and cultural transformation.
- Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance.
- Identify and develop internal talent through various talent development programs.
- Ensure regular cadence and accountability of HR KPIs and initiatives.
- Drive performance management and rewards for the employees.
- Carry out employee retention plan in the defined geography.
- Execute and monitor employee engagement initiatives within allocate budget.
- Identify high performing employees and help with career progression opportunities.
- Build talent pool for all critical roles by market mapping and internal talent identification.
- Instrumental in policy formation; and ensure implementation and adherence to the policies. Ensure appropriate documentation to safeguard against legal and reputational risks.
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, collaborates with leadership to attract, and onboard the best talent from the market.
- Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages).
- Set up processes and establish frameworks.
- Knowledge of working with external partners for different aspects of the function.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will also be characterized by the following attributes:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in overall HR functional knowledge.
- To groom and develop team members to perform at higher levels of expertise.
- Prefer to have B2B experience.
- Must be approachable, should be able to relate to frontline workers as well as the leadership.
