Educational Qualifications:
Preferably an MBA - HR or Master of Social Work (MSW) with good academic credentials from premier B-School/s Experience Required: 8-15 years of work experience (Preferably in HR / Manufacturing area)
Technical requirement:
Knowledge of HR in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, productivity, mentoring, coaching and HR systems; Knowledge & understanding of norms for manpower planning and budgeting, etc. Past exposure in factory HR will be an added advantage
