The opening is with a pharma company for their corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Location : Mumbai

- HR Generalist, labour compliances.

- Talent Acquisition, Recruitment

- Induction & Training

- To design and implement appropriate process to monitor and control attendance and leave management.

- Employee Relations, Administration of the depots, Employee engagement

- Grievance handling, Exit Formalities, Statutory Compliance

- Design and execute engagement strategies

- Handle all labour & legal matters at the zonal level

- Handling the joining formalities of all new hires in the zone.

- Compensation, benefits & Policies Administration.

- HR Generalist having hands-on experience in handling contractual manpower, statutory compliances HR Operations.

- Strong knowledge of labour laws & liaison with Regulatory Bodies

- Design and execute engagement strategies.
