Lead - Human Resource - KPO/eCommerce

Location: Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon

Location- Gurgaon

Reporting to - India CEO

Team Size- 2-3 employees

Ideal candidate will have a mix of KPO and e-commerce experience

Job Responsibilities :

- Candidate will have ultimate accountability of the function and will be responsible for overall smooth functioning

- Responsible for strategic plan and execution of Human Resources.

- In charge of Recruitment & Selection, Learning, and Development, Compensation & Benefits. Formulate policies and supervise policy and legal compliance.

- Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the operation. Regularly leads important HR initiatives.

- Candidate will work closely with business heads and provides the highest level of advice and recommendations to the Management.

Candidate Profile :

- 10 plus years of experience with at least 2-3 years in leading the HR function

- Candidate should be able to work in matrix environment

- Strong written/oral English
