- Setup and streamlining of HR functions
- Responsible for Generalist HR
- Employee Satisfaction & Retention Management
- Responsible for creation / modifications of new and existing policies
- Develop various benefits & leave policies and contribute for alignment of companies HR policies
- To improvise in the processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
- Responsible for all type of Manpower outsourcing
- Develop the Manpower Plan and Execution strategy for Recruitment, selection, and on boarding
- Accountable for all the activities of the Talent Acquisition function
- Support the Compensation and Benefits administration to the employees.
- Resolution of employee grievances across the mentioned locations.
- Trainee Program Management
- Performance Management and Improvement System
Candidate Profile :
- Should have handled various HR sub-functions such as HR Systems Manpower Outsourcing / Temporary Staffing, Policies, Special Projects, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Should be from IT background
- Excellent written & Verbal communication (English)
