Leader - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities :
a. Lead the HR role that includes in-house recruitment
b. Develop future HR Strategy goaded on hiring and retaining experienced and high-performing professionals
c. Should be front-ending for senior level hiring and also be the face of the company
d. Build a team for a structured employee engagement program
e. Meet the organizational targets in terms of productivity measurement and organization structure
f. Work with the Management to evolve a work culture.
Pre-requisites :
- Developed HR Teams that include an in-house strong recruitment team
- Developed effective HR Procedures extending beyond the statutory compliances to employee engagement.
- Developed a custom performance review, retention, performance linked reward system
