In this multifaceted and impactful role, you will serve as the key link between our HR function and the business, contributing to HR strategy execution, championing talent acquisition efforts, and fostering an engaging and performance-driven work culture.

1. Talent Acquisition :

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Leverage diverse sourcing channels and creative approaches to attract exceptional talent.

- Play a critical role in negotiating offers, managing candidate expectations, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences.

- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to proactively address present and future staffing requirements.

2. HR Business Partnering :

- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, offering insights and solutions to drive performance and growth.

- Participate in workforce planning and talent management activities to ensure the right people are in the right roles.

- Contribute to succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders.

- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance improvement, and career development.

- Spearhead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Champion the implementation of feedback mechanisms and participate in action plans to improve employee experience.

- Address employee concerns and proactively recommend strategies to boost employee satisfaction and morale.

3. - Change Management and Organizational Development :

- Support change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of growth, transformation, or restructuring.

- Communicate changes effectively to employees and facilitate their adaptation to new processes or structures.

- Qualifications and Requirements :

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 8 to 12 years of progressively responsible HR experience

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience within the insurance or financial services sector is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
