Lead - Human Resource - FMCG/Pharma

Looking for a HR Lead to manage a 2000+ people entity

- End to End HR P&L responsibility

- Acquisition, Talent management, Performance mgt, leadership development

- Prior exposure to Sales HR in FMCG/ Pharma roles would be ideal

- Full time MBA in HR and exposure to Global MNC work environment is a must
