Looking for an HR lead for a Cosmetics and skincare giant, to set up the entire HR practice from scratch while leading a team of 2 direct reports and reporting directly to the founder. Key Responsibilities- - Define the vision and tactical programs globally for HR Dept. in alignment with the long-term perspective and annual priorities of the business - End to end employee life cycle management for nearly 100 employees (retail staff, support teams and manufacturing staff) - Strong focus on leading the L&amp;D practice- designing and delivering programs to ensure the sales strategy of the team is supported - Establish an entirely new business practice of 25-30 employees- team responsible to provide online demonstrations of the products- their hire to retire cycle management - Establish robust HR practices, systems and processes to ensure efficient recruitment, management, development and retention of talented workforce - Strategizing and leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include executive assessment, coaching, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs - Manages the development of their direct report team. Desired Profile The candidate must have: - At least 8-17 years of work experience within HR with only retail and cosmetic/ skincare companies - Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management i.e. planning and policy, talent management, selection, training and staff development and employee experience. - Strong leadership management skills i.e., comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments - Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills Salary offered: 25-35LPA
