The responsibilities would include setting, enforcing and evaluating legally compliant HR Policies, Procedures, Best Practices and identifying and implementing long-term goals in HR Strategy and Talent Management that are in alignment with the HR mission &amp; vision which in turn align with the Mission &amp; Vision of the organization. . - The role will have supervisory responsibility with a few immediate direct reports. - The role is expected to have collaborative &amp; cooperative relationships with other HR leaders towards company-wide HR activities such as Core HR services, Statutory Compliances, People Policies, implementing HR directives, standard metrics &amp; MIS and analytics for improvement, automation initiatives, etc. &nbsp; KEY RESULT AREAS &amp; EXPECTED OUTCOMES : This role comes with the following Goals and Deliverables : - Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organizations long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support the mission through talent management. - Identifies key performance indicators for the organizations human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organizations success and market competitiveness based on these metrics. - Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs. - Drafts and implements the organizations staffing budget and HR budget - Work to develop, update, implement, and communicate all aspects of Performance Excellence to include performance assessments, growth planning, career development and succession/developmental moves. - Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and practices.
