Role Purpose and Key Job Responsibilities:
- Being the key point of contact for HR for Centres allocated, and connecting with all employees therein on a regular basis for being the bridge between all sets of employees
- Ensuring alignment of day to day practices to culture, people and HR policies and processes and being the first point of contact for resolving complex employee relations issues and grievances.
- Identify and address performance and culture (policies/ ways of working) gaps and suggesting actions to correct, taking action to ensure issues are resolved by self or with larger team involvement
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships between all, with clear adherence to ways of working, general professional norms,
- Provide design inputs for creation, and partner with Centre managers to ensure execution of HR programs related to talent attraction, engagement, retention and Learning and development, and recognition.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Provide inputs on performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions) to ensure performance management of work deliverables and culture adherence both.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the compliance and legal department as needed/required.
- Communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify and address talent needs.
- Monthly/ Weekly reports on attrition, learning, employee recognition and engagement, Employee relation cases, and any talent related key pointers.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills,
- Adept at conflict resolution, eye for detail, good at bringing in structures to scale
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- 6-8 years of work experience in HR, out of at least 3-4 years as HR business partner.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Travel 50% of time across different centres in different cities.
- MBA preferred, experience in health/ service industry esp with retail set up would be great
