Job Purpose: To implement the HR transformation & organization design plans and programs effectively and lead the design, implementation and communication of talent management processes (viz. talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, job rotation, career pathing) as per the policies & guidelines aligned with vision & mission of the company.

Responsibilities :

1. HR Transformation & Organization Design:

2. Diagnose, design, delivery and deployment of organization design initiatives

3. Work closely with Business leaders to identify and assess function specific organization design projects to enhance both operating effectiveness and productivity

4. Study work plan numbers for Corporate/BU/Locations using studies and identify cost optimization plans

5. Study possibilities of restructuring Departmental/BU structures by pooling or de-pooling the resources/appropriate design

6. Study structures and suggest developmental processes in view of internal opportunities/complexities & external practices

7. Identification of linkages from organization design initiatives to culture and learning; connecting and co-creating solutions with TA, L&OD and HRBPs.

Talent Management:

1. Provide expertise and lead the design, implementation and communication of the talent review cycle that is carried out annually.

2. Conceptualize and implement processes for identification of high potential talent across the organization globally and develop

3. Leadership pipeline at senior and middle levels through succession planning.

4. Design and deploy rotational opportunities both within and across functions for employees so that organization is able to build a robust pool of internal talent for key positions in the organization.

5. Design and implement functional career-paths for employees along with HR Business partners

6. Build functional competency framework across the organization and integrate with talent assessment processes.

7. Be the SPOC for the Succession and Career Development module of Success Factors in the organization.

Project Management:

1. Work with COEs and HRBPs to design, plan and implement global HR transformation and talent management projects

2. Benchmark HR best practices wherever required

3. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and hierarchical levels to enable buy-in and feedback

Education Qualifications : Full time MBA

Experience :

Essential:-

1) Should come with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience in working as a HR professional

2) Hands-on experience in designing and implementing talent management programs (including leadership development, succession planning, high potential identification and development, career-pathing) for large, successful organizations. earning and development programs

3) Subject matter knowledge of HR Transformation, Organization effectiveness, Manpower Optimization (preferably in Pharma)

4) Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management

5) Strong collaborator

6) You should be fluent in English and should have strong communication skills

7) Professional excellence in excel & presentation skills
