Lead HR TECH

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Specialist. The ideal candidate will have exposure to HR systems such as Drawinbox, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms. This individual will play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our HR technology systems to support the organization's HR functions effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR technology-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems.

- Configure and customize HR systems according to organizational requirements and best practices.

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on the effective utilization of HR technology systems.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies through the use of HR technology.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR systems.

- Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures for HR technology systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience (4-7yrs) working with HR technology systems such as Drawinbox, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management principles, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

- Experience in project management and system implementation is a plus.

- Certifications in HR technology systems (e.g., Workday Certified Professional) preferred but not required.
