Key Responsibilities 1. Implement new tools and manage the Digital HR Technology landscape with the support of various technology partners 2. Lead and manage the successful delivery of large and complex HR digitization projects and initiatives on time and within budget 3. Bring awareness of HR technology trends and show appetite to explore further and bring new thinking into enhancing user experience and operational efficiency using technology 4. Enhance HR Data Management, People Analytics, and HR Process Automation product knowledge through self-learning and certification, and proactively work towards functional application of new features in collaboration with process owners 5. Understand and analyze HR Data, process digitization needs and analytical outcomes, visualization needs, and prepare Requirement Documents with both functional and non-functional requirements 6. Prepare test plans, perform Pre-UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing, and facilitate UAT 7. Help process owner drive change management by preparing Training guides, and SOPs, conducting training sessions and preparing eLearning content 8. Implementing HR Data Warehousing solution, Supporting and manage the Data Visualization platform sourcing data from various systems including offline excels, and provide data driven insight to HR Department 9. Build new KPIs and Data Modelling for Advance Analytics Use cases 2 10. Perform period HR data audit and key operational parameters to drive continuous improvements Who are we looking for? Key Skills (Must Have) - Should have exposure to any leading Cloud based HRMS product and have a very good understanding of HRMS Data Structure - Should have worked in People Analytics Domain and has a very good knowledge of any visualization tools like Power BI, Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc. - Should have good knowledge of advance excel features - Should have full cycle implementation knowledge of Data Warehousing or BI solution using HR data from key cloud-based HRMS solutions like (Success Factors, Workday, Oracle) - Has managed implementation and delivery of large and complex IT projects, on time and within budget, encompassing preparation of Business Case, preparation of Project Plan, Requirement gathering, Testing, Deployment, Change Management, and Project monitoring and governance. - Excellent HR technology skills and competences, including interpersonal communication and influencing skills, analytical skills, problem-solving, decision making, and IT project management skills - Effectively articulates a point of view and communicates (written and verbal) information that is relevant to the diverse set of stakeholders - Naturally curious, innovative, and creative.
