Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a compliant designing and operation of functional processes.
- Responsible for smooth vendor management for the outsourced processes.
- Troubleshoot the processes where ever required.
- Making sure that the projects are compliant to the approved processes and standards.
- Ensuring the architecture is skewed with the process design and standard guidelines and frameworks.
- Keeping up breast with the latest trends in the respective functional area.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A Must - 5+ years of experience in process design methods and tools, 2- 3 years in Quality Assurance/principles with overall 12 - 15 years of work experience preferably in HR background
- A Must - Green Belt/Six Sigma projects/OPEX principles certification and knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Ability to challenge, drive and optimize processes
- Project and change experience
- Experience in MS Vision, quality tools such as Gantt Charts
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
