Roles and Responsibilities :

- Improve employee engagement by implementing various employee engagement initiatives.

- Handle Employer Branding - social media, Content Marketing for employee related activities

- Develop and implement communications, events, and engagement plans

- Responsible for Employee Engagement, Brand Management, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

- Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that help improve the Organizational Development Index.

- Experience in Canva/Adobe premiere pro or something equivalent.

- Prepare Engagement & Branding calendar and conduct the activities as per calendar

Requirements :

Exp. required : 6-10 Years

- Bachelor's degree/P.G

- Strong record of accomplishment in Employee Engagement & branding with 4+ years of experience.

- Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory.

- Handle large groups or complex crowd

- Effective communication to a large audience: Verbal & written

- Organized & well prepared

- Event management experience is a plus

- Good with content writing

- Creative Thinking Ability

- Pro-active
