About the company :

Founded in 2018, this payments company offers merchants a single interface for all UPI apps. It is enabling merchants to start accepting digital payments for the first time each month and giving them access to working capital. This rapidly growing and extremely well-funded start-up is looking for a Lead - HR Operations.

Job Description :

The Lead HR Operations will be responsible for managing and overseeing end to end employee life cycle operations for the company. The focus for this individual is to provide support to the company's employees and ensure a great employee experience from an operational perspective.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end to end HR processes assigned like - onboarding, separation, leave tracking, letter generation, payroll audit, data updating, record maintenance etc.

- Managing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders.

- Managing the entire HR operations portfolio including payroll, HR analytics, Exit management and HR dashboards.

- Monitoring the company's HR systems as well as databases.

- Reviewing and approving/modifying budgets.

- Addressing employees- queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations).

- Recommending software for addressing the needs of employees (e.g. performance review tools etc.)

- Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations to senior management.

- Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance.

- Bring in new Employee Engagement initiatives.

- Deliver employee Orientation and assimilation.

- Coordinate, deliver, prioritize and manage escalation of all activities executed by the Head HR.

Specialized knowledge and skills:

- At least a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.

- Experience working in a Tech startup is a must.

- Experience with MS Office and Human Resources Management Systems.

- Ability to design and implement fair and clean company policies.

- Exceptional team management and organizational skills.

- Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of candidates/employees via phone and e-mails.
