Lead HR Operations/ HRBP

As a Lead HR Operations/ HRBP, you will be responsible for supporting HR Operations of the organization.
What you will do:
- Handling onboarding activities, exit formalities and completing all the Full Final statements
- Managing Statutory Compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity) and coordinating with vendor for the same
- Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job responsibilities, work schedule, compensation, and employee benefits
- Maintaining all personnel policies and procedures and providing guidance and interpretation to staff
- Serving as contact person for employees and vendors regarding HR operations
- Managing employee queries/ concerns/ grievances by coordinating with the concerned person/ department to give resolutions
- Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintaining and updating employee records and other relevant details in Employee Dashboard
- Managing the monthly payroll process through HRMS
- Being responsible for all employee communication such as leadership connects; helpdesk employee connects to maintain high morale, transparency and teamwork resulting in employee satisfaction
- Coordinating and facilitating focus groups, surveys, skip meets, one-on-one interviews, and other methodologies
What you need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree/ MBA from a reputed University (Full Time Only)
- 4-6 years of experience in HR Operation, Employee Engagement & Payroll in an organization
- Structured thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Good analytical skills, logical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively with limited supervision
- A positive attitude
