Job Description :

- The incumbent will be expected to own the end-to-end HR employee life cycle from an HR ops perspective, managing the delivery of employee experience through innovative ways.

Client Details : Our client is a leader within the consumer tech space, operating with a proprietary platform for buying and selling goods.

Description :

The incumbent will oversee the following responsibilities :

- Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organisation.

- Administer employee benefits programs and support employees with related inquiries.

- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files in compliance with data protection laws.

- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes, conducting exit interviews as needed.

- Provide support during HR-related projects and initiatives.

Profile :

The ideal candidate should :

- Come with 7-10 years of HR ops and digitisation experience in a fast-paced setup with an employee base of close to 10,000 employees

- Come with the ability to manage large volumes of data, data reporting, and HR Analytics.

- Come with demonstrated experience in scaling up the HR operations vertical for the organisation and enhancing the employee experience

- Come with the ability to manage a large team, spread across international geographies

- Comes with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

- Comes with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
