2. Lead Statutory compliance - PF , superannuation, NPS etc.
3. Payroll management.
4. Personal E- files auditing.
5. Income tax understanding
6. Managing team for central Payroll and Poornata.
Should be an MBA (HR) , with minimum of 10 -12 yrs experience in HR operations.
